All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information where available.

We currently ship within the UK and internationally. Shipping times may vary depending on your location and the courier service used.

Please note that delivery timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays caused by couriers, customs, weather conditions, or high demand periods are outside of our control.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that shipping details are entered correctly at checkout. We are unable to guarantee changes once an order has been placed.

If a parcel is marked as delivered by the courier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. However, if you experience any issues with your delivery, contact us and we will do our best to assist.
